Recommendation letters may be uploaded or sent via email to smlrotary@outlook.com. However, a complete application must be received prior to the due date!
*When uploading more than one document please make sure all documents have a checkmark next to them. All documents need to be in the same folder before trying to upload! Best procedure is to scan all documents into one file*
