May 9, 2013 – The Wharton Foundation’s Bower Center for the Arts was the recipient of a $1,000 donation from the Rotary Club of SML. The money donated will be used for the 2013 Summer Arts Camp and will result in the availability of several scholarships allowing students to attend. The Arts camp is available for children in grades 3-8 years of age. Classes in pottery, painting/drawing, mosaics, photography, digital art, and music production are offered to these students. Classes are taught by highly qualified art and music instructors.
