The Rotary Club of Smith Mountain Lake presented Catrina and Joe Medlin of the Challenger’s Little League Baseball with a donation of $1,110.00 for trophies and a banquet for the children. The Challenger’s league provides a unique opportunity for children with handicaps to play Little League baseball. The donation was made possible from the Rotary Foundation of Smith Mountain Lake through the sale of Christmas trees and our Nite at the Races fund raising program.
