The Rotary Club of Smith Mountain Lake has received the Gold Club Award for Rotary Year 2014-2015 from Rotary District 7570. The Club was presented the Award at the recently completed Annual Rotary District Conference held at the Homestead Resort. The Gold Club Award is given to Rotary Clubs who have demonstrated excellent accomplishments of service, leadership, support of The Rotary Foundation, membership and retention, and public relations.
